Keenan’s of Tarmonbarry offer a choice of eating options, from our cosy, traditional Gastro Bar, to the modern, chic Shannonside Restaurant. While our covered Garden area enables guests to fully embrace Ireland’s great outdoors – weather permitting of course! Our talented kitchen team use fresh and local produce throughout our menus, thus ensuring our food is of the highest quality for our customers.
Whether catching-up with friends, celebrating that special occasion or just passing-by on your way west, we aim to satisfy the palate of all.

Gastro Bar
The gastro bar is the very heart of Keenans, welcoming hotel guests and locals alike. This stylish, cosy bar is located just off our Shannonside Restaurant and is known for its scrumptious fare, inviting atmosphere and the warmth and friendliness of the staff. So, whether it is mouth-watering dishes you are after, or perhaps cocktails with the girls, there is plenty for you to choose from, making it the ideal setting for every occasion and celebration.

Sundays & Bank Holidays: 12.30pm – 7.30pm

Shannonside Restaurant
The elegant and relaxed setting of our Shannonside Restaurant is the perfect space to celebrate those momentous occasions in life, such as Christenings, Weddings Anniversary’s, and other important private events. Our menus focus on fresh, local produce and seasonal fare.

Our bright and airy, heated conservatory is open all year around. When the weather permits, our outdoor covered garden is open for al fresco drinking and dining, making it the ideal location to relax whilst enjoying the views of the River Shannon.
